I generally believe that neighbors are good and fences make them better. I find it odd that a neighbor, a passer by, or a hunter would be so kind as to take down a fence and not put it back. There are certainly reasons that one may need to pass. But if one needs to pass again and fails to return the fence to its original state, my friendly Mauser may claim check mate!
